Parent and Tot

(5 months - 3 yrs.)

Water orientation and games with mom and dad. We explore basic propulsion, flotation and breath control skills. Lots of fun and learning for child and caregiver!

Lifesaving Swimmer
(6 - 14 yrs. approx.)

Technical development of strokes, skills and water entries. Water safety is introduced and then explored in depth. Fitness and endurance is promoted through all 6 levels. 

Bronze Star, Medallion, Cross

(11 - 16 yrs. approx.)

Participants develop problem-solving and decision-making rescue skills individually and in partners. Candidates learn CPR and develop the lifesaving skills needed to be their own lifeguard.

Pre - school

(2.5 - 6 yrs.)

Water orientation, body flotation, development of strokes and skills, entries, fitness and endurance. Age appropriate water safety is introduced to ensure your swimmer is safe in and around the water!

Rookie, Ranger, Star Patrol

(9 - 14 yrs. approx.)

Swim Patrol's three levels - Rookie, Ranger, and Star - continue to develop participants' swim strokes and provide the skill foundation that prepares them for success in the Society's Bronze medal awards.

Super Strokes/Bronze Prep
(11 - 16 yrs. approx.)

Stroke and skills work to keep up fitness and technique between levels. Motivates and build strength and endurance for swimmers through their teen years. 

Adult

(all levels)

Learn to swim, technique improvement, and water safety. Beginners, intermediates, and experts. Triathlon and open water swimming training.
